The rape of minors should be classified as attempted murder. I don’t think anyone who rapes a minor has anything in mind other than to maim and kill.


Rape is a crime and until we begin to speak up strongly against our system that permit crimes to be perpetuated, where justice is either delayed or denied, where the powerful/wealthy can evade justice, then rape cases will continue to increase.
